Do you want a competition gun? if so do what has been said before. G34, Savigny Sights, and Glocktriggers.com trigger.

It allows you to run a sub 5lb striker spring with no issues of light primer strikes.

I've been shooting a G34 and a G35 for about 12 years now with just a Wolff springs competition spring kit and some polishing. The G34 still has a steel Glock front sight and the stock adjustable rear blacked out. I use it at every NRA action pistol match and doing just fine. The G34 handles well.

If wise investments are what you seek modifications in general are a waste.

There's plenty of good reviews on that striker on Enos. Besides allowing you to run a lighter spring it also changes the feel of the trigger, which most seem to like.

I'm running the Ultimate Kit from Glockworx in my G34 and really like it.

Aside from dryfire, A trigger and sights are the best investment you can make if you want to shoot faster.
