Only externally visible parts need to be OE when it comes to trigger jobs and USPSA Production. Anything on the inside is fair game for aftermarket. Other bodies may have other rules.

Well, looks like a glocktrigger it is! So, do I get the Vogel, or edge?

Vogel if you want to stay in production.

What is it about the edge that isn't production legal?

He trims the trigger safety a little. It helps to get rid of even more take up.

Well, I just ordered my Vogel trigger and sevigny comp sights. Thanks to all for the advice. Still need my holster and gun. Lol. Shouldn't be too much longer on the gun, I ordered almost 2 months ago and they said 2-3 month wait.

Well that doesn't bode well for me. I was hoping to get mine sooner rather than later. I just ordered mine on Monday... Looks like I might get to shoot it around the end of September. Man that sucks.

Finally picked up the 34 Monday. Got the goodies installed today. Trigger feels great and the sights look awesome! Now can't wait to get out and shoot it!

Thanks! Just trying to figure out what firing pin spring is the best option. I have the stock, 4, 4.5, and 5 lb springs. I went with the 4.5 for the time being, but what is going to give me the lightest trigger?

I was getting 3.6lbs on the trigger gauge with the 4.5lb spring. And I just put the 4lb spring in and I'm getting a 3lb trigger pull on the lyman gauge. I just want to make sure I don't get light primer strikes with 4lb spring.

I'm using the 4.5 and have not had an issue with light strikes. I'm sure the 4 would work 99% of the time. With my track record, the other 1% would happen to me during the worst possible time so I play it safe with the 4.5

Well, got to bills, forgot my 9mm ammo, had to buy some cheap crap they had for 21.xx per 50. I tried the 4lb spring and had a few light strikes. I put the 4.5lb back in and no problems. I'll try the 4 lb spring again when I have my reloads with. All in all, the gun shot great! Very happy with the results!
