Carrying in the cold with gloves?

I've been wearing these: http://www.qmuniforms.com/hatch-elite-w ... MgodmH8A2g

The pair I have leave my wrists exposed to the weather. I just ordered some of Seirus gloves. I'll let you know.

I use nitrile gloves under fingerless ragwool gloves. Got good fingertip feel and not too bulky. Started using them for hunting and ended up using them all the time. Tips of the digits never seem to get cold; another benefit is I can use the phone without taking them off.

I know a bunch of fire fighters use this method when fighting a fire in the winter. keeps your hands dry as could be. Usually along with full fingered gloves tho. It works.
