Its an Ares Gear Ranger Belt. I went back and forth between SOE and ARES but after reading reviews on how the Ares is just a bit stiffer (they use different brands of webbing) I went with that.

Nahh, it's an Advanced Personal Vaporizer (aka, a high end ecig). Specifically, it's a Provari 2.5 with a Kayfun clone on top.
