My new 10mm. That Ruger Alaskan is badass revolver. That's next on my list. It is surprising how little recoil there is for such a small package.

I did shoot but not very much. 18 rounds to be exact. 10mm ammo all of the sudden seemed to dry up around here and I haven't had a chance to load any of my own. I had wanted to get one of these since they first came out. But the price kept going up and up. I got this off of gunbroker for a steal. While waiting for it to get here I did some reading and almost everything said to change out the springs right away to a heavier spring. I opted for Wolff 20# spring. I had two round that failed to fully go into the chamber (actually only about half way in). I am not sure if its the watered down factory Hornandy "Custom" ammo and heavy spring or just the gun needs to have some rounds through it to loosen everything up a bit.

Nice!! Have you had yours out yet. I have about 60 rounds through it now. Sweet gun. Theres a few sweet lookin 10's that showed up here.

I put about a hundred rounds through it (PPU & HPR), & it's a sweet, sweet shooter!

Just traded 2 nice pistols (PCR & PPS) for 1 really nice pistol - the near new Springer TRP. Though I like shooting the Colt Black Army, the primitive sights won't do for defensive use. Now if I can just find someone to swap me a Guncrafters No Name...
