I picked up a nice Shield in 9mm, barely used. Thanks DonT.

I would wait a while on that. There seem to be some issues with that gun.

Whoa, that's quite the issue list. Guess I won't be looking into that any time soon. Which is alright as my next purchase will probably be a 380 for when I want something even more concealable than my 9mm.

Yeah, I really wanted to like the CCP, for a number of reasons, and I'm still curious to know what they're like to shoot, but until Walther figures out how to consistently make them both functionally and cosmetically good, I'm not interested. If you want a proven single-stack 9mm from Walther, the PPS is basically known-good at this point, albeit it's more expensive and doesn't have the CCP's gas piston recoil reduction system.

I just picked up a Kahr CM9
it is considerably smaller than any other 9mm I've looked at, which is what I wanted.
Its snappy with 115 grain ammo, downright brutal with 147g. The slide lever is rather large, and beats up your hand pretty good depending on your grip style.
I ordered a 7 round mag with grip extension and a base plate for the 6 round mag with a pinky extension, should make it a lot more comfortable to shoot.

Kahr PM9 here, add a Houge HandAll Jr to it. Gives a little palm swell and helps with long range day use. The pinky extension really helps as well

I just got the pinky extension today. I noticed today the short trigger / small trigger guard causes the trigger guard to slam into my trigger finger with every shot...does anyone make a different shaped trigger for the Kahrs?
The mag release button is a little hard to depress too, at least compared to my Sig SP2009.
