HK VP9 Long Slide

Just came today. It weighs exactly the same as the stock upper. 5” match barrel and adjustable rear sight. Just slightly nose heavy with standard mag. Perfect balance with extended. High hopes for this setup.

If they made a "long slide" variant of the VP40, I'd pick it up in a heartbeat.

I've had my long slide for about a month now. It's OK. I'm really starting to like the sights. Overall length now matches my Glock 34. The funny thing is, the original threaded bbl has the same overall length as the long slide. The long slide gives the advantage of a longer sight radius and the dubious benefit of an o-ring on the barrel. They seem to shoot about the same for me but I need more time with the long slide to really get comfortable with it. But it sure does look cool, and that counts for something.

FWIW, mine came from the Modern Sportsman in Burnsville. They had a better price than anywhere I found online.
