I am looking for a store in the cities (scheels and ahlmans do not constitute being in the cities) that has a good stock of 1911 parts. lemme know, thanks, Donal

Call Wolf's Den they had some parts when I was in there.

I can order most parts.

I will also add that the smith at Bills South has some stuff as well.

Scheels in St. Cloud used to carry Kimber parts. Might be worth giving them a call.

Last I was in J&S they didn't have anything for 1911 parts. Besides, they have always been snotty and rude to everyone I've seen in there that wasn't part of the "good olde boys" network. No real reason to go in there.

Gunstop doesn't really have any 1911 parts either last I checked..... well not on hand anyways.... but John Walton on the reloading side and the crew on the gun side always make it a real pleasure to shop there, so it couldn't hurt to go in and see if they have something now, or can order something for you.
