'Hypergrip' checkered front and blackstrap.

I think that says enough for me.

I need to see about getting a good blackstrap on my Glock.

It looks pretty cool, but unfortunately at the end of the day.... It's still a Beretta.

The fact that it is SAO is pretty cool in itself.

In a former life, I had a Taurus PT-92 that looked EXACTLY like that. :hide:

At the last shooting class I took, I was shamed into taking the Hogue sleeve off mine.

The instructor, jokingly (but with an amazingly serious face) asked me if my Glock was practicing safe sex. To which I responded, "huh?" Long story short, he said unless I thought it made me shoot better, I should take the condom off my gun.

Oh the shame... but it didn't affect my shooting either way.

... and this concludes EJSG19's tangent of the day.

I do not like the existing 92f models because of the fixed front sight and the location of the safety. Improving these on this firearm and making this Billenium really will make the difference as I have always liked the 92 design.

Mine has been sitting in the safe for years as I always engage the safety while reloading (no I will not sell it.....like all my guns, it has sentimental values).

They are purdy pistols. I just checked GunBroker and found 4 of them for sale. Even a used one runs about 2 grand. New ones are $2200-$2700. I'd post a link, but last time the mod deleted it.

The 92FS doesn't have a safety - only a de-cocker.
