need help figuring out why my Glock stopped working

I was jest shootin' it today ... everything was fine ... then all the sudden, it stopped! ... I realize it may be extremely difficult to figure it out, jest by a picture ... but something seems a bit "off" ... maybe you can help me spot what it is?


On an entirely unrelated note, I have about 837 .40sw reloads I'd like to sell ... or trade for factory ammo.

On a serious note, what hurts most, is the DOCTER may have very well survived ... had I not totally freaked out, and whipped the gun to the pavement, fully expecting to not find a trigger finger hangin' off my hand.

No clue what happened to the trigger ... "no", it's not stickin' outta my finger.

Might be a good time to do away with the floor-protector and git me some acroglass!

Brings up a good question ... jest how far outta spec can a Glock slide be, and still work ok?

So much fer shootin' Open, Saturday ... jest as well, that ported bbl was as useless as a class in Constitutional Law was to Osama.

I gotta say, too ... I been shootin' them loads in my Infinity the last 10wk ... probly woulda shot it Saturday, if I weren't expecting knee-deep mud ... I'll glady toss a Glock in the trash ... and the Infinity? ... BACK IN THE SAFE!!!

Seriously, you're gonna need some ball bearings, 3 in 1 oil, and some gauze pads. It's all ball bearings these days.

Well, I can see one minor issue, and it is minor afterall -

YOU WERE SHOOTING AN AFTERMARKET BARREL firstly, secondly with 40 Smith and wesson load that was likely a little hotter than you thought - or you fired through a stuck round, or had a low volume detonation....

Either way, the result seems to be the same - glad you have you booger hook still attached....

Pretty sure I warned you about those barrels when you first showed me the G20. EFK right?

*edit* I blew a few caseheads out on glock barrels, but that's bad.
Frame is shot, front rails are ****, trigger pin and locking block pin holes are both ****. Locking block is probably screwed as well.

Ahrens, I done some **** up stuff with guns in my day, but you just had to one up me on blowing up a glock, didn't you?

Cheap after market parts + Basement gunsmith + Questionable reloads = F'd up gun.

Another reason I use Unique, I can double charge a load and be ok.
