Would you sell your gun to this guy?

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Nope, because I would never have a high point to sell.

Sounds like a kid trying to buy a gun, we have seen a few like them here on MNGT as well.

Vroom if you provide the High Point (I am sure he wouldn't even care if we showed up with a Glock Fourtay) I will act as your agent for the transaction. You need someone with my young/advanced urban vocabulary to help you on this one.

Let me know. 8-)

The description of the gun and JHP ammo combined together (along with the caliber) as the name of the gun is vaguely amusing. You got a real rocket scientist on your hands here. I would, however, nominate Shippy to broker the transaction as he speaks "jive" and also dresses the part better than anybody else I know.

"Jive"?? "Jive" hasn't been spoken in over 25 years....lol. I don't know what the young urban troubadours speak now, but it ain't "jive"....lol! Back the thread question....NO! Not in a million years! And that's assuming I owned a Hi-Point!

There's no reason why the guy can't go get a permit to purchase restricted to EBR's to prove that he's not a prohibited persons.

As it stands, no, I wouldn't sell to him. (because who after all would want to part with an awesome hi-point)

A teenage gang member who said he was bored and wanted to fire his gun shot at two police officers as they sat in their squad car, missing them but striking their vehicle several times, authorities said Friday.

...

Malo Dashaunta Gomez, 18, of Minneapolis, who eventually admitted to the crime, was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree attempted murder and two counts of first-degree assault.

Gomez was jailed Tuesday afternoon, according to jail records. His bail amount was set at $1 million.

...

He said he shot from the location where the casings were later found, and he said he used a Hi-Point 9-millimeter gun, a handgun that uses the type of casings that were found, according to court documents. He told authorities that he threw the gun into the Mississippi River.

Gomez said he had no reason for shooting at the officers, "I was bored ... wanted to shoot the gun off," he said, according to court documents.

emphasis mine.
