What Kind of Handgun Are You?

Postby GregM on Tue Mar 11, 2008 5:55 am

I got this from Front Sight. Answer the questionnaire on their website and find out what kind of gun best suits your personality. Mine was a Glock in 40 S&W. Not at all what I was expecting. Guess I'd better go out and buy one.

I'm an H&K P7. Not sure what that means, but it's a cool gun, so I'm fine with that.

Oh, and sometime when we're not on the internet I'll tell you some interesting stories about Dr. Piazza.

There were a lot of questions to which I'd answer "None of the above".

The answer to that question is this

I am the type of handgun that I shoot the best, feel most comfortable with, and provides me with 100% reliability

Sadly the answer is either a revolver of any kind - or a Glock 17.

It says that I'm a P7. However I could have easily picked different answers and still been truthful.

The toughest question for me was the one about my daughter marrying a firefighter or a businessman. My first impulse was to pick the firefighter because I figured he'd be the best protector. Then I thought "No, it's such a dangerous profession and she'd be worried all the time." And then I thought "Who would have the most interesting stories to tell at the dinner table?" And I picked the fireman.

On the question about marrying an entertainer or a civil servant, I picked civil servant because you never know what entertainers are up to.

If I were to pick a handgun to represent my personality, it would probably be a snubnosed .38 Special. Which happens to be the very first handgun I bought (and still own). So put that in yer strap & snap it, Dr. Ignatius Piazza!

Ha! I know you're just quoting Die Hard, but that's actually about what I'd expect coming off of Ignoramus Pizza's website.
