Fifty percent success rate can't be all bad.

break it in. I'm assuming you cleaned and lubed it before shooting?

Possibly could be limp wrist. Two rounds shot is not enough information. Shoot it.

they are really recoil sensitive. a locked wrist is highly recommended.

Didn't kick like I expected, course shooting that SP101 .357 magnum kicked, this...................................................

not so much.

Yes I lubed it good. Not the barrel though, but, didn't think I should lube the barrel. Maybe after I clean it once it will get the ;) e gremlins out!

The ammunition is a big factor. When my pistol was new, the Remington 9mm would cause all kinds of problems, jams, stovepipes, double-feed. They're really low-powered rounds.

Switched ammo, never had the problem again :)

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Were you using the 'pinky extension' mag?

Try the Plus one round mag extension....I can't say enough about how it change the handleing of the gun....it means 3 full fingers on the grip instead of 2. Just do it :)

I broke mine in with 200 rounds of 115 gn American Eagle. I had two ftf. The primer was dinged by the pin. I totally blame the ammo. I did not clean or lube before I shot. The gun was new in box.
I love it when a plan comes together!

An adequate break-in is rumored to be in the 200rds area. I know that I had several fail-to-feed/eject in through that area -- my pf9 is also ammo sensitive, it doesn't like the cheapo WWB 115gr -- instead preferring Federal AE9 FMH and HST JHP's...
Nothing to see here. Continue swimming.

I've never had any problems with mine since day 1.
I did the fluff and buff, http://thektog.org/tecwerks12a.htm, before the first firing.
I suppose limp wristing could be a problem, however my Ruger P89 has trained me well in recoil control. The shells eject almost straight up so if I don't control the recoil, I get thumped in the forehead.
