Back Where it Belongs. The return of the S&W 625

Postby Stradawhovious on Sun Apr 29, 2012 4:55 pm

A while ago I sold my 5" S&W 625 to help fund my Wife's engagement ring. I have been kicking myself ever since then. Not for buying the engagement ring mind you, but for selling the gun to do it.

Recently, my wife tracked down the buyer, (not difficult to do) and convinced him to sell the gun back........ Today she bought it from him and it came back home to me. I love my wife.

Sucks to be you Dawson. :goofydance: :booyah: :myball:

Revo in question at the top of the picture. The other is my competition rig.

That is a sweet story. I have a 5" 625, I think it would be the last handgun that I would sell.

Congrats Strad! I'm happy that it found a good home. There are a couple guns that I have regretted selling and it's great when fortune brings one back :) .

Thanks! I'm just glad my Wife got to him before you did.

Yeah, it sure does. I have a small issue with the glare on the glass, but that is easy enough to get around in the future. This certainly won't be the last time it's used for that purpose. :D

Their bark is far worse than their bite. The most fun I've ever had shooting handguns was with those two revos. Just something about a revolver in .45 ACP that kicks a whole bunch of ass. :D
