I really want(ed) to get one of those. Let slip a "buy it now" price about four months back for a good price that was posted for about 10 minutes before someone smarter than me snatched it away. Doubtful I'll be getting one now in light of this type of garbage. Wonder if that buyer will actually pay for it?

No doubt about it, that is a sweet blaster -- but not $1,100 sweet.

I picked one up over the summer...at around half that price delivered....and its worth that much....it isn't worth double that though.

I always argue to my wife that firearms are not a silly purchase because they do not depreciate greatly over the years. I'm glad I have what I "need" right now. Most of what I want is in the ammunition/magazine department.

Though I could be seriously tempted by a lever gun or a milsurp non-"assault" rifle that can be quickly reloaded from clips.

That's insane.....I've been noticing those price across the board tho. The Ruger LCP .380 is still priced nicely at fleet farm for $304 , can't find a thing I don't like about the gun for the price. Perfect pocket pistol.
