Glock warranty question

Postby Exjay on Thu Jan 24, 2013 7:14 pm

Does glock warranty their magazines? I have one that the plastic started to chip on causing it to fail to fall free from the gun when the magazine is empty. I know its a long shot but i figured id ask before getting ahold of them and killing time on hold.

What I remember is they are warranted for 1 yr. I sent two in long ago with a pistol getting upgraded even though they told me 1 year max. Guess what.... they sent out 2 new ones anyway :goofydance:

Call them up. I've never heard of Glock not doing the right thing by their customers. 770-432-1202

If they don't, they will service mag's for you incredibly cheap. You pay postage is about all, which on empty magazines is almost nothing, and they pay return postage.

ask me how I know

That sounds about right. Glock appreciates their customers.
