Got the last one in Northern MN...

Swapped the magazine release for a lefty, and installed the med back strap. Feels good. Can't wait to shoot it.

Excellent choice. I wonder about the mag release. I am a left and found stock comfortable. Did you ever try a stock Glock?

Either way, whatever works for you is what is best. Check the pearce extensions if you find it a tiny bit too small.

I owned a Gen 3 Glock 19, and the magazine release on that model sucked! Couldn't release it with my left hand to save my life. This is much better. And the oversize mag release is also a good change that the Gen 4 gives you.

+ 1 on the pierce extensions. They have a +2 and a +3 extension.

Odd, that's exactly what I have and I don't mind it. Everyone has different needs. I still support you getting the 26 as an excellent choice.

Ah I stand corrected... This one was at the L&M in Grand Rapids. Their Mt Iron location was out of stock, and T&B pawn in Hibbing didn't have any Glocks at all in stock...

Gee, kind of like my inventory. The distributors I work with are out of everything that bares the Glock name, even the knives, GI shovels, etc....

I imagine it is, never tried one. Glad you like it. What are you doing for a holster?

I ordered 3 Lone Wolf +2 base plates for the magazines. Should give me more to grip, and an extra two rounds comes in handy too.

How will that compare to a stock G19 at that point?
