Reminds me, I have a Sig 226 extended mag for 357Mag that was placed in the box for 9mm, will charge $65 for it, exact price Sig charged me.

How are these different than the "Sig" one's?

I got one from them 2 weeks ago and ran some rounds through it so far Im pretty impressed with it

They are also in stock at Midway, both 18 and 20 round.
