Anyone have a Springfield xDM .45 3.8"?

I'm looking at buying the 3.8" xDM .45. I currently carry the xD45 compact and want to test the newer version before I upgrade. Anyone have one and be willing to meet me out at Oakdale one of these days for me to run a few mags through it?

We can shoot other stuff for awhile too, and I'd probably buy you a coffee or a beer for your trouble.

Thanks for the offer. I appreciate it. I had a chance to shoot the xDM 3.8 in 9mm and I liked it....really really really liked it. I just wanted to try the .45 version before I buy one. I know I could go rent one, but I'm not interested in making it into a $75+ affair over at Bills (rental + ammo + lane + wait time).

I had one and sold it to another member of this forum.

It was a crazy-soft shooter. I LIKED it, but I sold it to get Austrian 9mm plastic. (Trying to stay compatible with what I carry at work.)

I have the XDM 3.8 45acp and love it. You would have to road trip to the great white north to try it though
