It made me realize, a new gun is cheaper than a woman anyways. So here she is:

Now does anyone know where I could get a holster for her without waiting ~12 weeks? Lol

Nice pick up, I bet it's cheaper to feed than a date would be too. I have been very happy with my holsters from the guy who goes by Good Medicine on here. He has a listing in the FS section for his kydex holsters. They're great quality and his turn around time is short, especially for guns that aren't as common.

X2 good medicine/shadow holsters..he made one for a Beretta 92a1 long before any holsters were plentiful for it.

I think you're better off, this one doesn't talk back, doesn't get Pms, can't get pregnant, doesn't spend your money, doesn't yell at you for looking at newer shinier models. Etc etc.

Have a look at Alien Gear holsters. I ordered one and had it within a week, and it was $20 cheaper than the Old Faithful I ordered on June 10th and received today. Both are leather/kydex iwb, and have adjustable retention, but the Alien Gear came assembled, and the Old Faithful didn't. I would happily buy another Alien Gear holster.

Are there other differences or pros/cons between the two? I like my Old Faithful but the faster shipping times are attractive...
Did you just buy that beautiful firearm, or are you trying to sell that piece of crap?

WHAT A NICE PIECE OF EYE CANDY! She will never nag you. She will not get jealous of other pieces. She never burns dinner or orders the most expensive bottle of wine with her "market price" lobster. Best of all you can let her flirt with others but you know she will always come home with you! That piece is more loyal than a dog even!

At first glance, they seem identical. Old Faithful has more options for kydex colors, but that is inconsequential to me. I'm at work right now, so I don't have them with me, but I can do a more thorough comparison and take a couple pics of them when I get home in the morning if that would help.

Funny, I was just contemplating selling my AR today for something German engineered.

As for kydex/leather IWB rigs, I use a SHTF gear ACE-1. http://www.shtfgear.com/

Ok, so here is my side by side comparison between Alien Gear and Old Faithful holsters. First of all, they are both leather/kydex hybrid iwb holsters, obviously. At first glance, they are pretty much identical, which is confirmed on closer inspection. They both have the same thickness leather and kydex, and are adjustable for retention, cant, and ride height. Now, the differences. First of all, Old Faithful has a larger selection of kydex colors, as I mentioned previously. But, since these holsters are meant for concealed carry, I don't really give a squirt of piss what color they are. As far as price, the Alien Gear wins. I paid $36.83 for it, while the Old Faithful cost me $51.47, and, it came fully assembled, while the OF was a "quick assemble kit." I had to change out the spacers on the AG, but that was no big deal. The OF came with an extra length of spacer material, so you can make different sized ones if none of the pre cut work for you. As far as shipping, AG wins. I ordered the OF on 6/10, and didn't receive it til 7/5. The AG was ordered on 6/18, and I had it in my mailbox on 6/24. Both companies make a nice holster, but I'm going to give Alien Gear the edge, simply based on price, shipping speed, and the fact that there was no assembly required. The next time I need a hybrid iwb holster, I will be ordering from Alien Gear. Hope this helps.

Edit to add: That is a nice piece of German engineering you picked up, I've been wanting to add an H&K to my collection for a long while now. I checked Alien Gear's website, and it appears they have a holster in stock for your pistol.

Thanks for all the help guys.

Looks like I'm going to be ordering a couple different holsters as well as some night sights.

You guys must have had some bad experiences with women (who hasn't?), but it's not worth getting jaded over. Just move on. Worse yet is if you married the wrong person, and I'm sorry if you did.
