Anyone here own the new GLOCK 30S?

What are your thoughts on it.

I own a sf and so far it has worked out good for me..relatively light recoil for a .45

I've sold a couple of the 30s'.
Just Gen3's so far.
Not impressed at all.
Thinner slide but still the chunky 30 frame.

I have a G30 and love it, but I really loved the 30S. I like the grip fits my hand well and the slimmer slide is a big plus. This is nothing new, people have been running 36 slides on 30 frames since the two were both available. The 30 frame allows the higher capacity over single stacks. If you are ok with the thickness of the 30, you will like the 30S. I can hide mine easily but I am not a small guy. Out of the endless 45s I have shot, the 30 is one of my favorites, for a small 45 it shoots great. No problem hitting steel at 50 yards, recoil is mild, and is overall a pleasant experience to shoot a few hundred rounds at a time where as many compacts are snappy and unenjoyable.
