Who has a Gen4 Glock, and how do you like the replaceable backstraps?

Have you found them useful??

TIA

I like the firearm. I'm not a huge fan of the way the trigger feels on the pad of my finger... but it's no big deal.
I haven't switched out the back straps on it because what's there keeps my hand high and tight. I found the option to change the m&ps more important and "custom feel"

It's nice to have the option for differing grip sizes to try. What I like better is the option for a beaver tail, bigger mag release, and extra magazine.

The Glock replacement backstraps offered now work for a variety of hands. The biggest complaint is that the backstraps do not add anything to the side of the grip like with the M&P and HK45/P30/VP9. This is not a problem unless you tend to have larger hands and like a fuller grip.

I think the replaceable straps are helpful for a couple reasons.
1-not everyone's hands fit the glock grip.
2-helps some that are getting used to the glock grip angle.
3-Beavertail

That being said it some of the other features are as or more helpful (larger mag release).
Not a bad steps up but still not enough to get me to go glock.

Never even tried the larger backstraps, the Gen 4 grip feels fine, less hump than the Gen 3.
Like the larger mag release.
Sights still arn't the best.
The occasional brass to face is annoying though.

Picked up a Gen4 G20 and really like the way it fits with the backstraps. Had a Gen2 G20 and hated it. The backstrap made all the difference for me

Just picked up a Gen 4 27. Changed the back straps to large for a better fit. Going to be a good CC. Now to find a good holster for it.
