Called Nighthawk last week. They said they're getting a shipment from Korth in August but aren't sure what it will contain. Hope springs infernal and sooner or later I will get it or get my deposit refunded.

But the second you get your deposit back, it will be available.

True enough but I would ask for my deposit back if the gun were deemed unavailable from Nighthawk. Another way to get it shipped sooner is to spend the money on something else.
