Boberg 45...

deleted due to pointless ridicule. Bye bye...

OK Peanut Gallery, here's the photo of the Boberg. If you don't like it, don't look at it. If you don't like ME, use the Ignore function; I do. If you want to make snide remarks, stick your thumb in your ear and go bowling.

I got the idea on having the bbl and locking block Robar coated on The High Road. I shoot my guns and do some work on them as well. If you have feta cheese about playing with things, enjoy.

Definitely has some cool factor!

Do you enjoy shooting it or just messing with it to keep busy?

You coated your P7, or did you buy it that way? Was the finish a mess beforehand? Why would you do that? Were the folks at Robar holding your love ones hostage, or did they have compromising pictures of you holding a 22? WTF?!?!?

I coated the P7 and posted this thread because I enjoy the constant ridicule I get here.

So this warrants ridicule and insults?

All the internals are also coated with NP3, a durable and "slippery" finish. I didn't buy it that way. I chose to have the work done because I wanted to have a more durable finish that the original. Does it hurt its collectability? I neither know nor care. I put a new recoil spring in it and it runs great.

So this elicits the vitriolic and virulent invective from the jeering section, making a helpful contribution to the forum, eh?

I try to share and also to learn here. If you don't like my guns, or my comments, just Ignore me or just plain STFU if you have nothing positive to say.

Find some other whipping boy to ridicule!

And people ask why the forum doesn't have the participation it once did.

Over and out. You won't have The Rodentman to kick around any more.

Rodentman...I think you might benefit by taking a breath and relaxing a bit. It's really easy to misinterpret things on the internet. I didn't see anything that anyone posted that warranted getting too uptight about. Some good-natured ribbing, yes. But that's all it seems to be. I think everybody enjoys seeing your guns and giving you a little light razzing as you have garnered a reputation for liking some fun, sometimes quirky guns. But I don't think that means that people don't appreciate seeing your stuff. I think it's educational. But you need to toughen up the armor a little. Same thing from the Sig 210 post the other day. You got all upset with YJ over what was clearly (to me anyways) good-natured ribbing over what was just a bad camera angle on the pic.
