Mossberg MC1 handgun

Postby INOR on Sat Jan 12, 2019 9:45 am

Have you guys seen that mossberg is putting out a single stack 9mm handgun? It looks interesting. Will be interested to see where the price point on it lands. It has its own magazines but can take Glock g43 mags. And it uses sig sites. So it’s kind of a mutt. But might be a smart move on their part.

Mossberg MC1 handgun

Yeah, I’m not buying one but thought it was interesting that they were making a handgun at all and that they were smart enough to make it Glock mag compatible and with sig sites.

I have a shield already and like it a lot. I got it when s&w had that rebate going on so net price from PSA at the time was $225 + the ffl transfer. That was the best deal I’ve had on any handgun so far.

Not at all interested in a Mossberg pistol unless they bring the Brownie back

I've got one and it is a neat gun but not very accurate. I would be interested in a reproduction if it was rated for High velocity ammo and had a means of ejecting empties other than a handheld rod.

I have an Advantage Arms copy made in St. Paul in the 1980s. I've shot high velocity 22 through it without any issues

Had to look up the brownie, that’s a neat little pistol.

So what do people normally put in their Brownies?

Mossberg MC1 handgun

FYI...Grabagun just sent out an email listing it for $349. Still not interested myself but I bet it’ll do well. Especially once the price gets sub-$300 in price.

I really like my Shield. The mistake I made was ever letting my wife shoot it. I don't think I'll ever get it back again.
