My RIA 10mm arrives Friday. Now I have to decide which pistol I should sell. Have a Glock 27 Gen 4 in 40 S&W and a Springfield Armory XDm in 40 S&W. The glock is a double stack and have been using it as my carry until I picked up a SA EMP, which is now my carry. The XDm has a 4.5 inch barrel and has been a safe queen for awhile. Leaning towards selling the XDm since the 10mm has a longer barrel and more power. Suggestion?

That sure is a personal choice question. I’d sell the rarely used one as well and keep the one you did get some use from as one more likely to be used again.

I'd keep the glock and dump the XDM. I'm not familiar with the emp but it's nice to have a couple of different carry options and I like the idea of being able to carry a g27 with a flush or pinky mag but then carry a larger capacity mag for a backup.

Was on my mind too on the safe queen. Its a sweet pistol but just sits. Was hoping to find a EMP4 in 40 S&W to stay with the caliber but searched for months with no luck. The 10mm has some good firepower over the 40 so nice to have that when out in the boon docks with the bigger critters.

Keep 'em both. Can't have too many.

Thought about that but one has to go. Will be posting it here shortly before posting it elsewhere. Hate selling to out of state folks. Local works better.

You can always sell it later unless it selling one gun to fund another. I say sell the one u like least or use least.

Hope you sold the one you wanted. The market would have been ideal for that a few months ago.

No, but still same question then.

The Glock probably has a higher percentage value on resale.

That would be one reason to choose to sell it over another.
