Nope i am not a CFS instructor, I am talking about getting Rob here to conduct the course. As for prerequisites, for an advanced pistol/combat focus shooting class the only requirement I.C.E. training has is that the owner is a legal gun owner! The course is designed to help beginners and allow more experienced shooters to apply and improve their skill set. After all what you are learning is to defend your life, does it matter whether you have been shooting for years or whether it is a decision you made in the last six weeks. Training is what makes you better able to defend yourself once you choose to carry the tool.
Yes, these are the same classes that are advertised on his site for $400-$500+
I know the weather can be dicey in september, but one of the options is possibly hosting the event in an indoor range or even an outdoor facility with available cover. Anyways good questions all, keep them coming. This I think is a great opportunity, and if I can garner enough interest I would love to move forward with it. If you have hosted classes for a guest instructor, let me know what you encountered in getting stuff set up or any pointers or tips would be appreciated.
