Holster for .44 Mag...

Now we're talking... a 15" in .44 Mag would be pretty sweet!

It was 4-5 years ago, and it was a hard step and a loud "BooF". I shat myself and left.

I have a brother that carries a 6" 44 mag in a Bianchi X15 shoulder holster. Loves it. I have worn it as well and I like it alot. One thing you against you in choices is the "Super" in Blackhawk and "7.5" bbl". It limits the choices. Go down to a blackhawk or get a S&W 629 or something with about a 6" or less bbl and the choices open up. The Bianchi X15 may be the ticket. It is comfortable and works, just not for that gun.

The only place I know of that might be able to help with a shoulder holster for that 7.5: SB is Wm Brown Holsters.

Wow, I've taken so much away from this thread.... Great advice splattered on this one... So far I've been told to buy a different gun, buy a larger gun, quit carrying, or buy two fancy-nancy holsters that serve no purpose other than to look pretty at John Wayne day at the fair.

I'm gathering that nobody has anything sound on this one?

I'm going to try out one not unlike the picture MODave put up... I'll let you guys know how it works out.
