Law enforcement also added that Stoltenberg does have a concealed weapon permit for the gun in Iowa.

And this make what difference? Minnesota does not recognize an Iowa permit so I think it may be more relevant if he has a Iowa driver license, which is recognized by Minnesota. No, neither is really relevant unless there is an agenda.

maybe he'll flash a gun again when the jailor returns his stuff and he finds a dollar less than he thought he had.

It would be nice to see a summary of your views here. Unless, of course, it is a true cloak-and-dagger situation.

Then again, there's always the standard reply from most on this and other forums when you're in such a situation...

"Shut up & Lawyer up" When all is said and done, if you want to share publicly, then feel free.

I like that quote . shut up and lawyer up--- turns out I dident even need a lawyer- the ftards dident even try to get me for anything other than disorderly conduct--- which you could get for yelling at someone on the sidewalk.... I will never spend another dollar in olmstead county, they will NEVER make a 5 star hotel out of the dump of a jail either.. I asked for cleaning supplies, pubes everywhere, buggars on the walls - right if you had to go to jail- your guilty until proven innocent but they shoud clean the cells up enough so you dont get black ball disease or some bs. and no salt or pepper , ketchup, either just plain cheap dogfood that tasted like a$$...
