End of day Monday as I understand it. The revisor's site lists it as delivered Thursday.
" Any bill not returned by the governor within three days (Sundays excepted) after it is presented to him becomes a law as if he had signed it...."

Would a governor ever not sign or veto a bill? It would become law and he could claim that he never signed it.

I insist that you sign H.F. 1467.
Thank you.
Sincerely,

"Governor Dayton,
There has been an incalculable amount of public hours spent on finding a way for the public at large to be coerced into funding a private sport enterprise's business expenses. The same amount of effort should be put forward to make sure that should I be victimized by violent criminals I can defend myself with the knowledge that I won't be presumed guilty until proven innocent.
We have passed background checks. Many of us follow safety practices that far exceed the law. I have a personal rule of not consuming any alcohol while carrying even though the law allows me to have a BAC of .08.
The bloodbath fear mongering tactics are all recycled from when Minnesota adopted a shall issue carry law. We are good, honest, trustworthy people. Other states already have these laws. There are no scenes reminiscent of the OK Corral. It simply doesn't happen and using this as an excuse to pass an anti gun agenda will be seen for the transparent political game that it is.
Criminals are the ones law enforcement has something to worry about and you don't have to be the attorney general to know that they neither have permits nor are they concerned with the law.
Not signing this will only harm the law abiding citizens of this state and will do nothing to address the imaginary boogeyman arguments in opposition.
Please support the lawful, peaceful, honorable, and voting state approved permit holders of this state."
