My CZ support story (why CZ support is amazing)

Postby Nat on Fri Jun 08, 2012 11:16 am

A few of you may have noticed my younger friend having trouble at the last steel shoot. About 3/4 through, the trigger stopped resetting correctly on the CZ75 Omega he was using. I spoke with CZ support a few days later, and even after I mentioned that I had bought it used - they had me send it back to them, with all parts and repair still falling under warranty.

I spoke to them again today (I was hoping to have it back for tomorrow's steel shoot), and it looks like it was more than just a trigger issue - they asked if it was OK to replace it with a new CZ7b without the omega trigger.

That's right - I'm getting an upgrade:)

I wish I could think of another industry that was this awesome with their support. And if anyone asks for my opinion, the guys at CZ will take every step they can to exceed your expectations

steel shoot isn't until the 23rd this month so you should have your new CZ by then.

That's really awesome, especially considering the warranty is like 2 years!

And, slight bummer:

As they're replacing it with a different model, it has to go via an FFL - looks like I have to make the trek to the burnsville pistol range tonight!

When I exchanged a defective XD 9mm I used to have, with S&W for an XD45 via UPS, the XD45 was able to be shipped to me directly.
