St. Croix Valley Gun/Sportsmens Club?

Sat I was headed south out of Baldwin, Wi towards Ellsworth when I noticed of to the east side of the road a locked gate with something about the above club posted on a sign. I could see back into the range and looked like a nice little setup. The road behind the gate was overgrown in 6' tall weeds and clear no one had been down it in recent history. I bring this up just cause I am nosey and perhaps some of or members from across the river could use a place to shoot or know something about the club. Anyone know the back story on the place? Is it defunct or just lacking members? As I said just being nosey!

I grew up trapshooting on that range. Here is the story I know: Some lawyer bought some property near the range and got all the neighbors to file a suit to have it closed down.The club had been there for 30+ years with no incidents. A St Croix County judge finalized the closing last year. It's gone for good.
