Not much to criticize. Nice holsters! I would still be worried about the mag release, though.
Nice clean molding too. What kind of foam are you using and what kind of temps on the kydex?

Thanks! That's very kind of you to say. I'm using the foam from knifekits.com. The .060 kydex I've been pushing up to about 320 degrees and the .080 I've been cooking at about 350.
I used the new one for me new XDm yesterday and drew it from the holster about 20 times or so and didn't experience any problems with the magazine releasing unexpectedly. I do see where it could be a problem if there was too much retention at that point, though. BTW, how much would you charge for one of those belt loop making jigs, if you were willing to make one for me?

But I do notice that the kydex is formed a bit on the XD trigger. Kinda seems to me that one might stand the possibility of an ND while holstering.
