Please don't hesitate to critique the holsters! I'm looking for all the input I can get so I can start improving on design and construction. Thanks!

Not much to criticize. Nice holsters! I would still be worried about the mag release, though.

Nice clean molding too. What kind of foam are you using and what kind of temps on the kydex?

Thanks! That's very kind of you to say. I'm using the foam from knifekits.com. The .060 kydex I've been pushing up to about 320 degrees and the .080 I've been cooking at about 350.

I used the new one for me new XDm yesterday and drew it from the holster about 20 times or so and didn't experience any problems with the magazine releasing unexpectedly. I do see where it could be a problem if there was too much retention at that point, though. BTW, how much would you charge for one of those belt loop making jigs, if you were willing to make one for me?

Cost of the hinge (about $5) and UPS shipping. Tell me the width and depth of the loop and thickness of the kydex and I'll knock one out for you.

They look sharp!

But I do notice that the kydex is formed a bit on the XD trigger. Kinda seems to me that one might stand the possibility of an ND while holstering.
Or perhaps there's enough clearance?

Anyway I must say I am becoming inspired to make some kydex gear of my own!

Thanks! Thats very helpful input! I will triple check the retention inside the trigger guard. I didn't notice any problems when I used it last weekend, but I'd rather be safe than sorry...

Last one. I promise! Wanted a smaller, more compact holster that I could use IWB. Very, very happy with how this one turned out!

I know I mentioned I wouldn't post any more....but I'm REALLY happy with how this one turned out! For a Glock 19 (for Craig at TTS).

I'm going to include 3 sets of belt loops and an extra set of Chicago screws with every holster from now on.
