Yes it has been a long road. I'm sorry, but coming on your lunch break may be a bit early still as we'll be opening later in the afternoon. I'm being intentionally vague because there are still some critical things that need to happen (floors to wash, bathrooms to clean, glass to fix, etc.), some of which are not under our direct control. If you do stop by in the next couple of days, please understand that things aren't completely "done" yet and cut us some slack

Congrats. This is awesome to have another so close to me. Being from Eden Prairie and all. I drove past monday or tuesday night and there were what looked like customers looking around. I can't wait to stop in meet n greet!!!

Not yet. I'm not sure what is required to be able to do that. I suppose the DNR would have some info on how to get set up for it though.
