They have good prices, and I am sure they are great guys if you get to know them, but I simple 'hello' to a customer that is browsing goes a long way.
Question for those that think their service is awesome (not trying to troll here): Would you be happy if you were shopping at a non-gun store (Target, Best Buy, Cub, whatever) and had to wait to be acknowledged while two teenagers sit and BS when they know full well that you are there? It sometimes seems like gun shops get a pass on service we might expect elsewhere just because they are 'gun guys'.
Again, not bashing Gunstop, but I have had better service at Bill's, Arnzen Arms, and Frontiersman (and nobody ever accused those guys of been warm and fuzzy)
I guess I am not wearing my crown around most days so I don't expect the ring kissed until I've had a chance to let people know I'm kind of a big deal.
