The way i took the article was, the insurance companies dont want, gun owners dont want, be trying in illinios for years cant get it through, probably wont ever, and even it did they did, it wouldnt pass the supreme court and they could make a mandate but it wouldnt mean the insurance companies would have to follow it. They even said in the article with mandatory car insure 25 percent of the cars on the road arent insured. So in essence a complete joke and waste of money and resources. Typical anti gun BS in other wards...Another thing, how could they enforce it? they have no clue who has guns. The only way enforceable would be through a registration. Even through a registration unless u willfully register, they still wouldnt know.
Give me liberty or give me death... Those willing to give up liberty for safety deserve neither...
