vs.

Weaver Tactical 1x5

Which is the better scope?

Better glass? Better reticle? Better eye relief?

I have no experience with either yet, but I have a Vortex on order. I've heard nothing but great things about them, and their unlimited, lifetime, transferable, whatever, however, whoevers-fault warranty has me sold on them.

Tough Choice Gman.

I went with the Weaver. Besides the CIRT reticle, I like first focal plane scopes and that made the extra $100 to $200 in price worth it to me.

Tough call. The only PST 1-4 I've had out in the daylight was too dim for my taste. Both reticles are busy. After the Weaver, you're getting close to Accupoint 1-4 price range it seems... no batteries...
