Finally got it!

Cleaned it all up then took it outside. Both 17 round magazines worked great. Had no issues with the gun running. Very easy to shoot and handle. Ran 50 rounds of PMC 115gr brass though it.

17 shot group at 10 yards. Gun shoots a little low and to the right. The rear sight is adjustable for windage.

I would have to say this will be a great gun for shooting and home defense. Little too big to carry on a daily basis but has a rail for mounting a tachical light.

Sweet!

Part of what I like about it, is the trigger seems far less of a curly-fry than the eaa er CZ!

... still, with the hammer down, it appears to be quite a ways forward!

If ya wouldn't mind, IIRC, I saw a pic with the hammer at "half-cock" (maybe 1/4in back) ... would ya post a pic showin that? ... I'd like to see how far back that trigger goes?!

... maybe also comment on what kinda pull it's got, from that point?!

The trigger with the hammer down is forward alot. Double action trigger pulls for me are a little difficult due to small hands. In single action the trigger is much more vertical. As shown in the following pictures.

Much appreciated!

Boy, that trigger didn't even move a tiny bit! ... still not all that far back at full-cock!

Pistol looks good! ... looks like a real bargain!

Trigger is in the same spot for hammer down, and half cocked. I would say the trigger travels back about .25-.35" when in the fully cocked position. But then there is about another .25" of travel in the trigger before the hammer is released. But only that amount of release travel is required to reset the trigger to fire the next round. Takes some getting use too, but it can be mastered. Also I'm sure the trigger will smooth out with the more the gun is fired.

Did you just buy that beautiful firearm, or are you trying to sell that piece of crap?

If I had not bought my new truck I would be all on top of that! I do want to add a C100 to the collection down the road. Looks like a great CZ 75 clone!

Carry a Canik c100 in hard chrome with Marschalgrips about half time for over a year. Sold my CZ PCR once i was comfortable with it's quality etc.

Would you mind sharing more on your rationale to sell a CZ and keep a clone? I can see buying the cheaper alternative first, but if you already have the CZ...

Especially from me being a CZ nut - CZ doesn't make an alloy frame compact with a safety and the PCR and P01 where the only 2 guns I owned that where decockers. Decided I didn't need the rail so I sold the P01 and eventually the PCR so now I no longer have any decockers.

Midway USA had CZ 75 mec gar 16 round magazines on sale. ordered one up to see if it will work with this gun. Think it will. Looks identical to the two mec gar magazines that came with the gun. Hopefully will see it before the end of the week.

I have a couple 19 rounders from them and both ran fine. Only ran 100 rounds through each so far though.

Got them here http://www.gregcotellc.com/cart/index.p ... ath=97_130
