OGC Gas Gun positions

I like to shoot 3P or 4P with open or peep sights.. Somebody at Oakdale mentioned that there is a "gas gun" competition using positions. Does OGC allow members to shoot in position? I've been there many weekends as a non-member, and had never seen a mat.

Most of the shooting I've done there is prone on a mat. It is perhaps easier to do during the week when it's slower.
I asked about shooting prone during my member orientation. There is no rule against it.
The only caveat I'll offer is be alert to those entering the range you're on, and don't see you because they're only looking at the unoccupied benches...my concern would be someone walking down range when I'm shooting/ range hot.
I've been there a few times when I was the only one at that particular range, and surprised new arrivals when I let off a shot. I like to stay towards either side of a range as much as possible to avoid being walked over, so my presence isn't always obvious.
