Back around when the shall issue was being passed, a local radio show was interviewing people about the need to carry. They had a metro LEO on and he said that he never felt the need to carried off duty except in one situation and that was when he was going to MOA. He said that his years of training and experience enabled him to recognize certain bad situations which he said he saw all too often at MOA.

If I got involved it would be a quick nasty strike and I would not hang around for any police interaction!
When I was younger , If I was in a fight win or lose. Never hang around for the police or the other guy to come back with a little more support.

Today, that's not really possible, let alone smart. There are so many surveillance cameras that its more than probable that your image will be captured. Then you will be, next.

Cameras don't seem to be stopping people
