How can this place stay in business? John or no John !!
If you don't buy anything maybe someone will open a real store.

I'm not going to defend the rude pet Hippopotamus that works there in the least, but don't you have some responsibility in this little drama? YOU willingly bought the bulged cases to begin with, and what is your excuse for that? Unless you bought them in a sealed black box, you could clearly see them through the walls of the clear poly bags they use, so you either didn't notice, didn't care, or most likely, don't know that cases fired in early gen Glocks will ALL be bulged because all Glock chambers are dremeled out by my Austrian cousin trolls in caves in high in the mountains. Unless they sold you something other than the Redding GR-x die to get rid of the bulges on 40 S&W brass, that die DOES work in fully ironing out the case bulges, so you must have done something wrong. Pleeze don't tell me you used the normal shellholder for 40 S&W with the GR-x die!!

"Jumping to conclusions seem to be one of your strong Points"
I am a customer, and a new gun owner. I go to the Gunstop Shop because it's the only one I know of within 30 miles of where I live that sells reloading supplies. I gladly pay the retail price of the products they sell because I expect some expertise and service with my purchases. Neither of which I received from Gunstop this time. I can buy everything I need cheaper and with less hassle on the internet, but I want some guidance and "John Walton in the past has given me great service and guidance". I have no problem with the Redding die it's a great expensive product that I didn't need at all, because I feed the case through the die and they don't touch the side of the die at all. The cases will not fit inside my midway case gauge at all. They do however fit in my "Austrian cousin trolls" barrel just fine. I have no doubt that they will work great in the gun, I know that now, but I didn't know that when I walked into the store.
My point is that with one single question. "what kind of gun do you use " he could have told me that they would fit in my barrel.
I am also sure that many of you could have told me the same thing if you where in the sales person shoes, but no I got an unneeded expensive die at full retail price.
