I got my hands on a few pounds of cfe-pistol and was wondering if anybody on the forum has been using it? I have a friend who has had some good things to say about it, just wondering if anybody else has a reveiw.

I've seen some posts from people doing some experimenting with it on other forums, and I bought a pound to try when I saw it at Wolf's Den a while back, but I haven't dug into it yet. I'll be using it for 9mm when I get around to it, and I'm also interested to see what others' experiences have been with it.

I have used it in my 380, 40 and 45. I did some basic ladder loads to start and iam liking it. For the 380 toward the top end of the load it got really snappy. 40 basically the same thing. 45 just loved it and had great grouping at mid range. One thing i did notice is that they want you to seat the bullet a little deeper when compared to other powders. I hope this helps.
