Too little, WAAAY too late. People have been asking for this for more than a decade, and they come up with a SINGLE STACK 10mm?? I call BS since my SIG P226 Stainless Elite in .357 Sig comes with a DOUBLE stack capacity of 12 rounds, and there's NO reason they couldn't have used the SAME frame and mag to make a 12 round 10mm. Plus the price is ridiculous. You can still get EAA's for about half that price with 14+1 capacity, so what's the point. If you can find a Smith 1006, it will go for about half that price with the SAME 9 round capacity.

Agreed that the price is silly, however I doubt that the 10mm will fit in the same frame and mag as that .357 Sig! The .375 Sig, .40 S&W and 9mm are all in the small frame size, while the .45 ACP and 10mm are longer. The only reason your EAA gets away with it, is that they use the large frame for everything.

You are correct, sir!! At first I was only thinking of case diameter, and for 357 Sig and 10mm they are exactly the same. The OAL is different, however, so you DO need a longer (front to back of the grip area) frame. My bad!! They are still about 25 years late to the 10mm party, and it isn't like loyal Sig customers haven't been begging for this for the WHOLE 25 years. Considering the huge number of different models they put out, you need a catalog and a bookie to keep track of them, and WHY would you put out a SINGLE stack 10mm when Glock and EAA can both undercut you by about HALF the price??

Should have just gotten in on the GT20 deal for that price. At least it was a limited run.

We've only had 1 Sig 220 10mm so far. Seems like a nice gun.
It was the DA/SA version.

Even though I'm a 10mmaholic, if the price is in that range I'm going to buy a Coonan Model C before I get another 10mm!!
