Probably a Hornady branded Segway with a AR mount.

Figured others would jump on that bandwagon after labradar came out with a doppler chronograph. Will be interesting to see what they did different and cost. Loving my labradar.

Have no idea. That was definitely NOT informative.
Personally, with all the problems getting the LabRadar out, licensing it to a large corporation would be a good idea.

I have no particular insight, but it could just as well be some new bullet design that they were testing with the equipment shown. It wouldn't be the first time a manufacturer has overhyped the significance of a new product.

Hence the Segway reference. Remember it was supposed to be something that every person would need?

so if the technology already exists and has been available, why would this be a new breakthrough worth the hype of commercial. I don't do well with teasers. Its going to bug me until I know. Not even sure I should care, but I do.............
Could it be a chipped bullet that would send back information about its flight ?

Anybody know what this is? It may be their testing unit.

Or maybe they've developed a new load or powder and are just showing the lab equipment they've used to develop it. Possibly some new variant of Superformance that doesn't overpressure the cartridge...or maybe a new way to generate velocity with heavy bullets in smaller cartridges.

Food for thought.

I've already made suggestions to labradar to improve it. The mount I bought from them plain sucks. The buttons should also be recessed instead of sticking above the unit. Overall I am pleased with the unit. Don't have to wait for a cold range to make adjustments. No worries about shooting it.

So, is this actually really big? We've had a look behind the Wizard's curtain, and there will be a feature story in the pages of the January American Rifleman by Managing Editor Joseph Kurtenbach. Also, the first episode of American Rifleman Television's 2016 season will be on this ballistic development.

Yeah, we think it's big.

Turns out Doppler Radar can do more than just tell you when to carry an umbrella.

Sounds more like a Ballistic product that "Radar" helped develop.
