Midway USA reviews......

Personally think it's mostly the size of business. Large companies show a lot of bad reviews just due to volume. Nobody bothers to do good reviews but every bad think shows up quickly. Percentage wise probably better or as good as any company of that size.

Midway has always done exceptional service on my orders. Can't ever remember a problem with them. Midway also is a strong supporter of shooter's rights.

I've had great service, timely shipping, respectable pricing and availability, so will continue to shop there. They have lost some of my purchases to Amazon Prime free second day shipping however.

I've had nothing but excellent service from Midway. Very fast shipping too. I just got an order delivered here Monday that had some of those MTM Ammo crates. Five big boxes and every one of them was crammed with those little air pillows hooked in a line for cushioning.

Midway and brownells are my go to online retailers. Never had a problem and highly recommend. As stated earlier midway does a lot with gun rights and education so they will always get my business unless something changes.

OP, sucks that you were that "one in a million" delivery that had an issue but as you can see from the responses above Midway is a solid business to deal with.

Very few businesses will send you a replacement before they receive the item you are returning. If something like this happens to me and I cannot wait, I politely ask them to order the new item with free shipping and then get the refund when they receive the return - most gladly agree to accommodate.

I did once get a Midway delivery with a damaged box and an item lost - they shipped me the item free of any charges.

Midway has always treated me well! I have been ordering from them for many years. I even have even filled in their surveys and several have made it under their items. I give the credit where its due. I have posted several good reviews from customer service to shipping! Great company if you ask me.

Between Brownells and Midway I have all of my needs taken care of if I can't find it locally!! Hats off to Larry Potterfield ,friends and family!!!

I've had nothing but excellent service from Midway, especially in their shipping. Of course I've ever had a problem with anything I bought from them, so I never had to deal with any issue.

Just placed an order with them. Use code 789541365 for 20% off your order but you must put a regular price item in your order, no matter how small. Shipping was free also.

Shipping wasn't free for me but I just ordered almost $500 worth of stuff and got the 20% off. My gut says someone made this coupon code for a small group and it got out when it shouldn't have. Use does seem to be limited to once per account because I just tried to put it in again for kicks and it tells me I've used it the max number of times.

Yep, you can only use it once. I think to get free shipping you have to add a free shipping item. I spent about $400 buying a scope and some parts for two guns I'm yet to purchase.

Yeah I'm slowly working on building a 6x45 AR-15. Finally got the last of my parts ordered today (except scope). Though could be quite a few weeks yet till my barrel shows up from BHW.
