Precision Rifle Series in MN?

Does anyone here know of any competitions in MN that are similar to the Precision Rifle Series? I don't see anything like it in my searches. I want to compete in some of these but I would like to do something local before travelling to a PRS match. I know there is F class in a couple places but I'm looking for something similar to PRS.

They occur at GRRC in Harris a few times a season.

Never been to one so I'm not up on them, but I don't believe most guys could walk up and register without some proof of ability, .. an NRA rating, being vouchered, etc.
