I thought His Mouse-ness was more of a revolver guy?! :?

Not hardly. Seeing as he has one of those weird FN 5.7's and a glorious Coonan that spits fire, as long as it's ugly or weird, he owns it. He even has an EAA Thor 44 mag single shot, which is neither revolver or auto.

That stinking Thor has a too short firing pin or a goofy FP spring. I still get light strikes, although repeated attempts eventually fire the round. I use Fed primers. I cannot find a source for replacement parts and do not know how to lengthen the FP, although I've been told to silver solder and make it a tad longer. It's a lot of fun; had it at OGC Friday.

It does not use a conventional 1911 FP, it's real short, less than half an inch.

And the ugly new Korth won't be joining the herd. I cancelled the order since I had been waiting since January and now in retirement a purchase of that price is not something I want to make. The firearms I have are quite enough.

That sucks! I cannot remember which variation you ordered but I saw a couple of different ones on GB lately and some were the uglier models with rails all over the place :)

Yeah, that Super Sport was one ugly SOB. It was also over 5k with tax. And with the 4 scopes and 2 lights I could hang on those rails....

Too bad you couldn't get it in a reasonable time frame.

Always some other ugly guns to be had!

Congrats on your retirement, sir!
