BMT Mooner Tool

Postby Rip Van Winkle on Wed Dec 26, 2018 3:17 pm

My lovely bride gave me this for Christmas. Makes loading and stripping moon clips a breeze.

Definitely the present of the year.

I will never apologize for being an American.

Interesting. How hard is it to turn?

It's definitely easier to clip vs strip, but the knob is big enough to make both easy. Even with old arthritic fingers.

I bought one of those when the RIMZ clips did not work out for my 986 7 round 9mm. Works great. Metal clips are really a PIA to load. I use RIMZ for the 10mm revolvers and the 625. I often use 45 auto rim for the 625 though.

The BMT is a great tool.
