Anti-gun laws take hits in two states from three courts
Second Amendment activists are wearing smiles in the wake of three separate court decisions that took some wind out of anti-gun laws, giving the Second Amendment Foundation—which was not responsible for any of the cases—reason to smile.

That "win" against NY's SAFE act was on a technicality, not on the merits.

As I understand it... the technicality is that the AG's office got told it can't go on a witch hunt and prosecute cases that it has no legal authority to prosecute... which seems a pretty good "win", in general, even if not specifically about the 2nd.

Good to hear their wings got clipped. This trend of State AGs jamming things up is disturbing. Not sure this solves it, but good to know the problem is recognized.

If it weren't for an activist AG, we'd have won Peruta.
